Charles Tolbert, grew up in Orlando, Florida. At the tender age of twelve, his parents divorced, which left him emotionally-devastated and without a father figure. Charles decided to leave his mother's home at the age of sixteen. He was no longer considered a child but not yet considered a man. Being forced to make many decisions without a sufficient male role model in place, he found himself embarked upon a life of crime and destruction, which lasted for twenty-five years. He spent fourteen of those years in prison.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Today, moving on-sheer passion along the path God has assigned for them in this season, Charles and Loutricia, along with their son, Zion, have accepted the call. They are graciously serving the Lord with Titus Harvest Dome Spectrum under the Apostolic anointing of Pastor R.J. Washington, Sr. The Tolberts' lives have been ever so drastically changed for the better since their decision to allow Christ and fully walk in his statutes. With obedience to God as a number one priority, many doors of opportunity have opened to allow one of God's true voices of reasoning to be heard.

 

 

Mrs. Loutricia Gibbs-Tolbert, grew up in the small town of Folkston, Georgia. She was raised in single-parent home with her mother and sister. In contrast to society's belief that a single-parent home was least likely to produce a successful child, Gibbs was determined not to become a statistic. At the age of nineteen, Loutricia left home, as do many teens, to attend college in South Carolina. She studied Business Administration, receiving an Associate's degree within two years. Loutricia then transferred to Rollins College, where she studied Psychology and Education, earning a Bachelor's degree and becoming certified in Secondary education within three years. Just a few years later, her life took a downward turn as a result of her "secret sin" becoming exposed. An ungodly relationship-gone-bad was brought to light. Consequently, she was sentenced to three years in prison, where God was able to speak to her...revealing her purpose in life.
